About the Role:At iStep Learning, you’ll play a vital part in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With your solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and your genuine love for working with children, you’ll spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, always prioritising safeguarding and health & safety.
