Join our team as a Warehouse Operative, where you will play a crucial role in the operations of our warehouse and showroom. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, handling, and storing goods with efficiency.
• Assist with the management of showroom inventory, including parts, hardware, clothing, and groundcare machinery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and offering assistance both in person and over the phone.
• Support internal teams by ensuring timely supply and distribution of parts and products.
• Conduct stock transfers, unpack deliveries, and manage the processing of incoming goods.
• Maintain the organisation and presentation of the showroom and warehouse areas.
• Load and unload deliveries, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records as needed.

• Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is highly beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computers for inventory management and basic office tasks.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence and a good level of physical fitness are essential.
