Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Job Description
  • Enter Journal Entries
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Review and File Invoices
  • Manage Insurance
  • Schedule appointments, take calls
  • Handle multiple Correspondence
  • Maintain calendars and contact lists
  • Assist with Human Resource Paperwork and Posters
  • Review documents and agreements
  • L/C paperwork and management of Imports
  • Code accounting for miscellaneous invoices
  • More detailed list of duties provided with email request

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Accounting software (MAS90 a plus)
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • High customer service standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with other team members, vendors, banks and legal firms.
  • Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment including working under changing priorities and tight deadlines
