Immediate start: Learning Support Assistant - SEMH Specialism

Exciting news!! Milk Education are working cosely with a SEND School in the East London. It is a successful specialist school for pupils aged between 11 - 16 years diagnosed with SEMH located in the Tower Hamlets.

They are looking for Learning Support Assistants that will be working closley 1:1 with a year 9 student with HIGH-FUNCTIONING ADHD.

As this is a full-time role, Candidates must be able to work 4-5 days a week 8:30am - 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate:

* Experience working with SEMH students
* Be confident dealing with challenging behaviour
* Happy to work in line with our mission/ethos
* Acknowledge and understand that they do not restrain our students
* Working Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 (must be prompt as student related matters are discussed at briefing at 08:30 and de-brief at 15:15)
* From 15:45 - 16:30, will be required to record behaviour management, attend training session, supervision etc.
* Work cohesively with the team
* Dress Code: Smart casual i.e. jeans etc. to align with our students

Candidates MUST have a DBS that is on the Update service.
