They're now seeking a Director of Group Financial Reporting (GFR) - a strategically important role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, international environments and wants to make a visible impact in the luxury space.

The Opportunity

  • Overseeing the reporting aspects of an ongoing finance transformation programme
  • Supporting development of a 5- and 10-year IFRS-compliant financial model covering P&L, balance sheet and cashflow across brands, functions, and regions
  • Working closely with FP&A and the wider global finance function to ensure a consistent, integrated reporting approach

About You

We're looking for a confident and experienced senior finance professional who can combine strong technical acumen with strategic thinking and collaborative leadership. You'll likely have:

  • 10+ years' experience in senior group financial reporting roles
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and group consolidations in a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Experience influencing across global teams and driving change
  • A commercial mindset and the confidence to operate with senior stakeholders including investors and the board
  • Previous experience in the luxury or premium consumer sectors is desirable but not essential

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-evolving environment, and enjoys building and improving processes, systems and teams.

Why Apply?

You'll be joining a collaborative, purpose-led business with strong backing, and a leadership team committed to building a truly best-in-class finance function.
