A modern Manchester-based accountancy firm is looking for a Practice Accountant to join their team, offering a unique opportunity to combine compliance with advisory work — all within a 4 day working week.

You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients, providing:
• Year-end accounts and tax compliance
• Management accounts and performance reporting
• Business insight and support

With offshore support handling much of the preparation work, you’ll have more time to focus on reviewing, advising and adding value.

About you:
• Practice background (essential)
• ACA / ACCA / AAT qualified or studying
• Strong communication skills
• Keen to develop into a more advisory-led role
