Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, particularly secured lending

Acting for lenders, investors, developers, and owner-occupiers

Handling landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, and disposals

Supporting senior lawyers with complex transactions

Managing your own caseload under supervision, with the opportunity to grow it over time

What They're Looking For

NQ-3 PQE solicitor with experience in secured lending (from training or post-qualification)

A genuine interest in commercial property and the desire to progress in this field

Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

A team player who thrives in a supportive but high-performing environment
