Residential Property Lawyer


Salary: Competitive (DOE)

CILEX or SRA Qualified 5+ Years Experience or 2 Years PQE

Our client is a well-established, highly ranked, multi service firm based in Coventry. They are looking to bring in an experienced Residential Property Lawyer for their top tier Residential team.

The Firm:

  • Legal 500 ranked firm in 6 categories
  • Office located in the centre of Coventry
  • Specialist team dealing with all aspects of Residential property law.

The Role:

  • Dealing with their own caseload of residential property matters
  • Working closely with highly experienced Partners and associates to tackle a varied client base and caseload including both leasehold and freehold matters as well as registered and unregistered properties.
  • Working with minimal supervision in a demanding team environment whilst maintaining the highest of standards

The Candidate:

  • Keen eye for detail, great organisational skills
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE or 5 years’ experience managing own caseload
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload in the most efficient manner whilst working in an extremely busy environment
