We are currently seeking a Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, reliable individual with a good all-round knowledge of property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out water and pipework repairs and installations

Basic electrical work (no formal qualifications required)

General carpentry, including altering doors and basic woodwork

Minor plastering (bonus skill, not essential)

General building upkeep and ad hoc repair jobs as needed
