Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £22000 - £25000/annum plus bonus

Their innovative approach to email, display, mobile and social marketing currently has made us one of the fastest growing affiliate marketing companies in the UK.

Key attributes:

* Previous experience within Affiliate Marketing (ideally 1-3 years) Specific focus on Email and Display

* Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing

* Existing network of publishers/affiliates would be an advantage

* Knowledge of online marketing

* Smart forward thinking and sense of working to deadlines quickly and calmly

* Thrives on working on multiple projects simultaneously

* Generating new and innovative ideas to solve issues and push the business forwards

* Builds strong relationships with clients and publishers

* Great communication skills through email, Skype, telephone and face to face interaction

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Positive outlook and proven ability to handle pressure

* Willingness to travel to international events and go above and beyond to achieve Their company goals. We attend events and client meetings across Europe, USA, AUS

Key Performance Indicators:

* Brings deep affiliate knowledge and insights to the internal team and to clients

* Understands KPIs and targets set

* Distributes JrAM time according to revenue opportunities

* Looks for opportunities to convert borderline accounts into top tier accounts

* Communicates authoritatively and persuasively

* Presents to an extremely high standard

* Speaks with confidence and conviction when speaking to clients

Building healthy portfolio relationships:

* Daily client meetings/discussions and developing relationships with management above day to day contacts

* Understands client goals and ensures set goals are met

Building a long term value for M2M:

* Negotiates overall winning agreements that maximise value to M2M

* Support AMs on working with advertisers/publishers to maximise full potential and deliver the greatest ROI

Leads by example:

* Has a positive attitude, respects others, a team player, helps others, builds positive working relationships up, down and across the organization

* Is proactive and pursues goals with commitment and takes initiatives eagerly, taking ownership for success and failures

Follows through on commitments and responsibilities:
