Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome potential buyers and visitors to the marketing suite

• Provide initial information about the development and surrounding area

• Coordinate and book viewings for the sales team

• Support the Customer Relations Manager with day-to-day operations

• Maintain presentation standards in the marketing suite

• Handle administrative duties and client follow-ups

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality

• A professional, polished and personable approach

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Interest in property and ambition to grow in the industry

• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday
