The first major new homes launch in the area in a long time, and you could be right at the heart of it from day one.

The Role You'll be site-based in Hertford, working from a brand new sales suite, guiding buyers from first enquiry all the way through to legal completion. You'll convert leads, build relationships, and hit targets - all while representing one of the most respected builders in the country.

What we're looking for

• Proven property sales experience - new homes experience is a strong advantage
• A self-starter with a genuine hunger to earn
• Confident, personable, and great with people
• Results-driven and target-focused
• Available to work weekends (1 weekend off per month)

• £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary
