We're currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support a specialist SEN secondary school in Nuneaton. These roles are for day-to-day cover, with the potential to develop into long-term placements for the right candidates. About the role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs
• Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support and engagement in learning
• Support with communication, daily routines and classroom activities
• Be comfortable providing personal care where required
• Adapt confidently to different classes and learner needs

What we're looking for

• Experience supporting young people with SEN (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning needs etc.)
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Someone reliable, flexible and confident working across different settings
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their best
