Commercial Property Solicitor

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll advise clients across a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with both local and international clients. You'll use your legal knowledge and commercial awareness to deliver practical advice with confidence and clarity, all within a supportive, well-established legal environment.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and negotiating terms for the grant and renewal of commercial leases
• Handling the purchase and sale of investment properties, including those with occupational leases
• Advising on commercial and residential development projects
• Acting for both landlords and tenants on complex commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting commercial lending transactions and liaising with financial institutions

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law
• Confident handling leases, development, and investment transactions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with commercial lending is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility in terms of experience
