As a result of both new contract/panel awards and wider group investment, they are now looking to hire a number of additional Residential Surveyors as follows:

* AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualified

* VRS preferred, but those without can still be considered for L3 focused workloads

* ALL LONDON and INNER M25 postcodes considered (our client will accommodate almost all options/preferences)

* Huge variety of work with no push for excessive volume (Top tier panel alongside private and in-house referrals from the wider property group)

* Excellent average fees

* Bonuses based on income NOT points, with generous, incremental percentages / low thresholds
