• Take charge of the breakfast section
• Prepare and serve fresh breakfast & brunch dishes
• Support with kitchen prep for main menu service
• Assist with holiday cover when needed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene & presentation
• Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth service

• Experience in a kitchen, café, or hotel environment
• Strong prep skills and ability to work efficiently
• Passion for brunch-style cooking and quality food
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Reliable, organised, and a team player
• Driving licence essential (no public transport access)

You’ll be cooking for hotel guests and our popular brunch service (10am–3pm), helping deliver a high-quality, fresh food experience.
