Job title - Carpenter - Void properties

Locations - Across the north of Hampshire

Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 + great benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our Clients Property Services team who are working on returning void properties back to a lettable standard.

You’ll carry out a mix of carpentry work in empty homes and occupied properties, delivering high-quality repairs and upgrades.

Your core carpentry tasks will include:

• All aspects of 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
• Installing internal & external doors, frames, and windows
• Architraves, skirts
• UPVC repairs and installations
• Kitchen installations and minor joinery
• Fencing repairs and installations (panels, posts, feather edge, chain link)
• replacing and updating door furniture and locks

Ideally you will be a qualified Carpenter of have approx. 5 years of similar experience, have a full UK driving licence & happy to drive a van, good health & safety awareness and a team focussed attitude.
