Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Yaxley PE7 3WG

Hours: Monday-Friday

Salary: Dependent on experience & valid FLT licence

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our growing team - someone who thrives in a busy environment and is willing to support with occasional deliveries when needed.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday work: May be required occasionally, depending on business needs

✨ What You'll Be Doing

Working within the warehouse to pick, pack, load, and organise materials
Supporting with delivery of materials when required by business needs
Operating FLT or Combilift equipment (if licensed)
Ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and efficient
Working closely with the wider team to meet daily targets
Using computer systems for stock checks and basic data entry

? What We're Looking For

Full, valid UK driving licence
FLT or Combi Lift licence - advantageous, not essential
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good timekeeping and reliability
Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
Adaptable and flexible approach
Basic computer literacy
