Contract: Full time - September 2025 start

Location: Southsea

Salary: £82.20 - £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions guided by EHCPs and individual learning plans
Support children with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and social communication
Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and families to ensure each child receives the scaffolding they need to thrive
Promote inclusive practice within the classroom, celebrating every success, big or small
Foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning through calm, consistent support
Qualifications & Skills:

Have experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs etc.)
Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning)
Bring patience, empathy, and a team-focused approach
Understand the importance of regulation strategies, visual aids, and clear communication
Are committed to safeguarding and upholding the highest standards in child welfare
