As a Cover Supervisor at Blackburn AP, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Your primary focus will be on:

• Behaviour Management: Maintaining a calm and productive learning environment using the school's established policies.

• Student Engagement: Supporting students with their pre-set work and encouraging them to stay on task.

• Safety & Wellbeing: Ensuring the classroom remains a safe space for students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

• No Planning Required: All work is set for you-you just need to lead the room.

• Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people (coaching, youth work, or classroom experience is a plus).

• Qualification Status: We welcome applications from both Qualified and Unqualified candidates.

• Top-Tier Pay: £117.25 - £144.60 per day, paid via PAYE (no umbrella company fees).
