As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms across a variety of subjects, ensuring high standards of behaviour are upheld and learning continues in the absence of the class teacher.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and are looking to gain valuable classroom experience before moving into teacher training.

Ideal Candidate

• A degree (all subjects considered)
• Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and managing behaviour
• Maintaining a calm and orderly classroom environment
• Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring school policies are upheld
• Responding to questions where possible and encouraging student participation
