Our client, a well-established, Chartered, and independently owned wealth planning firm with offices across Kent, is seeking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to support its continued growth.

The client base is broad and includes HNW individuals, retirees, accumulators, families, and business owners.

The Opportunity
This role is well suited to an organised and detail-focused IFA Administrator who is looking to build a long-term career within financial planning support. You will play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience across the full advice process.
You will be part of a well-structured and collaborative team, with strong paraplanning and administrative support in place. The business also encourages ongoing development and provides exposure to all areas of the financial planning process.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to advisers and paraplanners across the full client journey
• Process new business applications, including pensions, investments, and protection cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems
• Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, and review documentation
• Liaise with providers and third parties to track progress of applications and queries
• Support with client onboarding and ongoing servicing tasks
• Assist with scheduling client meetings and managing adviser diaries
• Ensure all processes are completed in line with compliance and internal standards
About You
• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or financial services support role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with advisers, providers, and clients
• Familiar with financial planning processes and CRM systems
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop within a professional environment
