Customer Service Representative I

  • Can perform all of the functions as defined below with direct supervision:
  • Handle inbound calls for the following:
    • Supplies
    • Activation and transmission calls
    • End of service questions
    • Cancellations, early discharge and delays including notification to all necessary parties
    • General use questions
    • Transfer non-customer service calls to the appropriate department
  • Conduct outbound calls to patients to educate and assist with reactivating service
  • Update service start/end dates
  • Address intercompany emails to update or change a patient’s service
  • Document all calls and correspondence appropriately
  • Other duties as assigned
