Description

Lead and manage all QHSE activities across the site
Maintain and develop ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety performance
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Deliver training and awareness programmes for staff
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure legal compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to support product quality and sustainability goals

Profile

Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in furniture, joinery, assembly or similar sectors is a plusJob Offer
