This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking financial advice firm that values quality, collaboration and technical excellence. As a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-calibre support to a team of experienced advisers.

Based in Wilmslow, this position offers a flexible working pattern with the option to work from home up to four days per week. During your initial onboarding, more time in the office is encouraged to support your learning and integration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tailored suitability reports and technical documentation

• Conduct detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning

• Perform cashflow modelling and client risk profiling

• Liaise closely with advisers to shape and challenge recommendations

• Maintain accurate, compliant client records using industry-leading systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)

• Strong background in an IFA or wealth management environment

• Comprehensive understanding of a wide range of financial planning areas

• Confident using systems such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, O&M Profiler and other research tools

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven
