Van Delivery Driver – Bristol (BS35)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Delivery Driver to join our well-established client based in Bristol (BS35). This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Shifts

• Working five days out of seven
• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00

Rates of Pay

• £14.27 per hour
• Overtime after 45 hours: £18.55 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Van Delivery Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Loading your van each morning at the warehouse
• Carrying out store deliveries across the Bristol area
• Delivering products such as clothing and beauty items
• Completing store collections where required
• Delivering parcels to multiple drop-off locations
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Using a PDA or scanner to track deliveries
• Communicating effectively with customers and the operations team
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Essential Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A full UK Category B driving licence
• At least one year of van delivery driving experience
• No more than three penalty points for minor offences
• No major endorsements such as DR or DD codes
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work
• Excellent customer service skills

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in a similar delivery role would be advantageous

Training Provided

• Full training provided with an on-site driving assessment
