Sales Order Processor

Our well-established Tewkesbury based client has a new vacancy for an experienced Customer Services/ Sales Order Processor on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of sales order processing, and delivering excellent customer service B2B.

Salary £21.5/22.5K plus excellent benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process sales orders

2. Raise Manufacturing orders

3. Identify out-of-stock items and establish new despatch

4. Provide Quotes and estimated delivery dates on request from Customers.

5. Provide shipping information to the customer once order(s) despatched.

6. Booking couriers for export

7. Create credit notes

1. Process requests for return of goods for return

2. Complete reports, daily, weekly, monthly

Experience required:

* Working within a customer service office environment

* Shipping and export (an advantage)

* Order processing (essential)

* Good IT skills including use of databases and spreadsheets (essential)

* Excellent interpersonal skills with an assertive and communicative style
