As a daily supply Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils who depend on consistent, nurturing assistance.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant

Supporting pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, SEMH and language needs

Helping deliver learning activities and supporting classroom routines

Encouraging engagement, confidence and positive behaviour

Adapting quickly to different year groups and school environments

Providing essential support to ensure pupils feel safe, included and settled

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN support worker

Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly

Calm, patient and supportive approach to behaviour

Flexibility for short-notice cover requests

Reliability when working across multiple Enfield schools
