An ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy that continues to grow, is seeking either a MRICS Quantity Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor working towards completing their APC.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a dynamic team of over 20 Quantity Surveyors and will be working across a well-balanced mix of hotel, commercial office, and MEP projects.

For this role in particular, the successful Quantity Surveyor will most likely play a supporting role on the large hotel projects, however, take on the day to day QS role for the commercial based projects, with Director support where required.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* MRICS or working towards

* 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Good pre and post contract knowledge

* Hotel, M&E, or Commercial project experience would be a plus

* Previous experience within a cost consultancy / PQS practice
