Overview
A leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure and automation solutions is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technical projects across sectors such as utilities, energy, telecoms, and public services.

This role is a key position within a growing team, offering you the chance to shape and lead engineering projects from inception through to completion, while working with cutting-edge technologies like SCADA, PLCs, and telecoms systems.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

* Serve as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles

* Ensure project scope and deliverables are clearly agreed and managed

* Maintain strong client relationships and communication

Project Delivery

* Plan and deliver projects to defined schedules and budgets

* Own the resolution of project issues and report on progress

* Oversee successful handover to support teams

Resource & Vendor Coordination

* Assign and manage technical resources and external vendors

* Procure necessary hardware/services

* Align internal teams with project goals

Risk & Change Management

* Identify and mitigate project risks

* Manage scope changes, negotiate variations and timelines

* Ensure all changes are contractually documented

Cost & Quality Control

* Track and manage budgets and margin forecasts

* Authorise project-related costs

* Maintain delivery standards and quality assurance processes

Ideal Experience

* 3+ years of project management in IT/Telecoms/Engineering

* Understanding of SCADA, PLC, HMI

* Qualified in Prince2, APMP, or equivalent

* NEC3 and CDM experience a plus

* Track record of managing external clients and multiple projects
