Are you an enthusiastic and experienced KS1 teacher with a passion for delivering creative and thought-provoking lessons?

Reed Education are currently working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in central Cambridge. We are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join this vibrant, double-form entry primary school located in the heart of Cambridge.

This is a full-time teaching position starting in September 2025, covering all aspects of classroom teaching including planning, preparation, and assessment. You will be working alongside a supportive parallel class teacher and benefit from an exceptionally strong and encouraging senior leadership team.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has proven experience in KS1, ideally with Year 2.
• Delivers engaging, imaginative, and challenging lessons.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Has a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one).
• Has the right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available for this role).
• Has a UK address and is ready to commit to a full-time teaching role.
