Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are working with a well-established facilities maintenance contractor to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor for a prestigious static site in Horsham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FM provider that delivers first-class building maintenance services across the UK. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team of engineers and sub-contractors, and ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role:
Supervising all hard FM services on site (electrical, mechanical, and fabric).
Leading and supporting a small team of engineers and technicians.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaising with the client and reporting on performance.
Planning and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance works.
Providing hands-on support where needed.About You:
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
Recognised qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds).
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage subcontractors on site.
Comfortable using CAFM systems and reporting tools.What's On Offer:
