Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE + Overtime + Car Allowance/Company Car

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Unified Communications, Enterprise Networks, or Audio Visual solutions?
Our client—an innovative and highly respected Audio Visual specialist—is looking to appoint a skilled UC & Enterprise Networks Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of delivering high-value, technically complex projects for a leading organisation known for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle—from initial assignment through to delivery, sign-off, and handover. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll work across unified communications, network infrastructure, and integrated AV projects, often managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and manage end-to-end technical projects over £100k in value.
- Produce high-quality project documentation, including RAID logs and MS Project plans.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams and external contractors.
- Attend project board meetings, producing accurate monthly reports.
- Oversee health & safety compliance for all site-based project activity.
- Manage project budgets, risks, variations, and resource forecasts.
- Support with bid responses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure outstanding client communication and service throughout delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in IT, UC, Networks, or AV.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex technical projects.
- Strong MS Project skills (baselining, WBS creation, dependencies, resourcing).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel UK-wide and stay overnight when required.
- Professional, organised, self-motivated, and committed to high standards.
- Eligible for government/military security vetting.
