Job Description

Financial services firm located in San Ramon is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.  To qualify you must have excellent telephone etiquette and organizational skills as well as the ability to perform with minimal supervision.  Strong problem resolution skills coupled with an outstanding customer service ethic are also essential.  Must be able to interact effectively and maintain good relations with colleagues.  

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Answering incoming calls, providing information and routing calls
•    Greeting visitors
•    Data entry
•    General office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, mailing

Qualifications:
•    Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Dependable and reliable
•    Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented
 
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
