We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Principal Social Worker to join the Adults Safeguarding Team in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is an ongoing agency contract and we are looking for a Social Worker with 3+ years post qualifiying experience in Adult's Services,

• Social work qualification & registration with Social Care Wales

• Strong background in adult social care

• Experience leading and mentoring social workers

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
