We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious client who are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality appointments for their field sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B experience who's confident on the phone, organised and keen to earn well in a supportive, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients across the UK

* Speaking to key decision makers and building relationships.

* Build and manage lead lists using various tools and platforms

* Record all activity accurately in the CRM

* Support follow-ups from marketing campaigns and outreach

What We're Looking For:

* 2 years B2B Experience

* Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised

* CRM experience is essential

* Industry experience desirable (but not essential)
