Job Title: Learner Recruiter - Apprenticeship Recruitment
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 OTE

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Learner Recruiter to lead the recruitment and selection of apprentices across a range of programmes. You will play a key role in identifying and matching talented individuals with apprenticeship opportunities, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and employers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

* Advertise and promote apprenticeship vacancies through a range of channels.

* Match candidates to suitable apprenticeship opportunities.

* Provide information, advice, and guidance on apprenticeship pathways.

Candidate Support

* Support apprentices throughout the application and onboarding process.

* Deliver feedback and advice to ensure candidates are prepared for employer interviews.

* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Administration

* Maintain accurate candidate and employer records on internal systems.

* Ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements.

* Prepare reports on recruitment activity and outcomes.

About You

Essential:

* Experience in recruitment, careers guidance, or apprenticeship/education programmes.

* Strong communication and interviewing skills.

* Proven ability to build positive relationships with candidates and employers.

* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

* IT literate with experience of using recruitment or CRM systems.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector or funded training programmes.

* Experience in a target-driven or service-focused role.

* Relevant recruitment or careers guidance qualifications.
