What you'll be doing at the Product Developer:

Own and deliver the strategic product plan across multiple categories, ensuring taste, quality, range and price guardrails are exceeded while driving measurable commercial growth.
Embed Own Brand into integrated commercial planning, translating category strategy into innovative, industry-first products with long-term market longevity.
Drive financial performance, confidently analysing sales, volume and profitability reports, delivering against PD KPIs and ensuring business case targets are met or exceeded.
Lead end-to-end product development, from concept through to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance to Brand Standards and seamless critical path execution.
Create customer-winning ranges, reducing sensory and satisfaction complaints while presenting confidently at board tastings, roadshows and press events.
Build world-class supplier partnerships, sourcing high-quality products at competitive price points and managing relationships with transparency, fairness and performance focus.
Champion compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to external legislation, internal codes, traceability standards and food safety requirements.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders, aligning commercial, technical and supply chain teams behind a clear product vision that drives innovation and competitive advantage

What you'll need as the Product Developer:

A proven track record in a product development management position in the food manufacturing industry across multiple categories is required
Experience within complex business models and/or retailers is highly advantageous
Own transport
