Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager will be in control of our restaurants’ kitchen operations and help continue to grow our consumer brand and loyal customer base. The Kitchen Manager must have an exceptionally upbeat attitude and be able to fit in with our very warm environment. The Kitchen Manager will direct the activities of the hourly employees assuring cleanliness and sanitation, implement purchasing and cost controls, and follow up with corrective action when needed. The Kitchen Manager will ensure made from scratch food is made to specification and will perform and administrative and accounting duties according to company policy.
