Location: Heathrow Area & Surrounding Sites

Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime Available

About the Role

A leading facilities services provider is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support operations across high-profile commercial sites, including major transport infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining critical systems such as HVAC, control systems, pumping stations, and electrical plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

* Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime

* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

* Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation

* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols

* Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives

About You

* Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance (preferably in commercial or industrial settings)

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence (essential)
