Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across different classes due to staff absences.
As an Autism Support Teaching Assistant, engage with pupils aged 2-19, addressing a range of needs in a nurturing classroom environment.
Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure tailored support for students with ASD.
As an Autism Support Teaching Assistant, develop and implement effective learning activities for individuals and groups, with a focus on the unique needs of those with Autism.
Maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to cultivating a positive learning environment for students with ASD, embodying the role of an Autism Support Teaching Assistant.
Champion inclusivity and foster acceptance among all pupils, including those with Autism, as part of your role as an Autism Support Teaching Assistant.
Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
Commitment to safeguarding.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with diverse backgrounds, specifically with students on the Autism Spectrum as an Autism Support Teaching Assistant.
Existing Child Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
