Are you an experienced Administrator ready to join a respected, long-established, and stable financial planning firm?

Have you worked in Financial Services administration either in investment, banking, financial planning, or wealth management?

Rosemount Independent Financial Advisers, based in Gidea Park, is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to provide essential administrative support to our team of Financial Advisers. The role

In this wide-ranging and varied role, you'll support the end-to-end financial advice processhelping to ensure a seamless experience for clients and advisers alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and new business submissions.
  • Processing pensions and investment applications.
  • Producing client portfolio reviews and new business illustrations.
  • Trading on investment platforms.
  • Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain key information.
  • Inputting and maintaining client data on XPLAN.
  • General admin: filing, scanning, organising paperwork.
  • Supporting advisers with any other business needs.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ideally a background in either financial services, wealth management, financial planning or investment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and staying organised under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
