What you will do:

Work directly with children, young people, and families to deliver tailored and targeted support

Provide early help and family support interventions in line with agreed plans

Offer practical guidance around parenting, routines, boundaries, and family relationships

Identify emerging safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately to protect children's wellbeing

Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated family support

Requirements:

Experience working with children, young people, and families within a support or early help setting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively in the community

Understanding of safeguarding principles and family support frameworks

Commitment to improving outcomes for children and families
