The Role

* Provide Leadership for the Maintenance Team across your division.

* Organise workload for Technicians.

* Support problem solving and fault finding.

* Lead improvement and cost reduction activities including root cause analysis with the emphasis on reducing equipment breakdowns.

* Support department hands on as and when required due to workload, holiday, absence etc. Responsible for management of Technician Team including appraisals, monthly 1:1's and admin duties such as holidays, training, call out cover etc.

The Person

* Must be a time served engineer with supervisory experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.

* Hold HNC in Mechanical or Electrical.

* Experience of maintenance planning.

* Proven Leadership / Management experience

* Experience in a high-quality focused environment.

* Experience of Lean tools and methodologies
