O365 Technical Consultant required for a rapidly expanding solutions provider in ; This is an exceptional opportunity at a company who continue to grow despite current market conditions.
In order to be considered, you should have skills in most of the following: Knowledge/Skills Required
• Active Directory – Cloud Identity
• Deep knowledge in O365 technologies with experience in Exchange/SharePoint/Teams
• Office 365 migration skills.

• Microsoft Azure cloud knowledge and migration skills.

• Microsoft Teams/Voice skills (desirable).

• Platform virtualisation skills (Hyper-V / VMware).

• A good understanding of Networking, Security and VPN’s.

• Other skills to be developed and kept current.

• Ability to prioritise work under pressure, work without supervision and meet deadlines.

• A knowledge of Project Management procedures and processes.

• Technically experienced in all the major manufacturers products.

• Technically accredited in all of the major manufacturers products.

• A flexible approach to the working day.

• Professional customer facing manner.
Main Duties and Requirements
• Assist the Services Sales Team in customer meetings and proposal writing.

• Design of robust and technically stable Infrastructure solutions for customers.

• Execute/manage/lead customers through O365 migration, onboarding, technical and support process
• Implementation of technically stable cloud based and Infrastructure solutions.

• Produce high quality technical proposals and installation documentation when required.

• Continue to maintain all technical accreditations and ensure they are current and valid.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Technical design, proposal writing and implementation of customer O365
• Attend customer meetings as and when required.

• Work on customer projects to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.

• To always obtain customer sign off with the completion of the “Customer Signoff Sheet”.

• Assist the Service Desk for call escalation and 3rd line support where possible.

• Give advice and guidance to the other Technical Consultants as required.

• Keep all technical accreditations up to date and valid.

• Assist the Services Sales Team in any presales activities.

• To submit valid and accurate expense claims, mileage claims and overtime sheets on a timely fashion.

• To always be willing to carry out any other reasonable request.
Additional Information All interviews and on-boarding will be done remotely.
