About the role

Moxie People are proud to be supporting a well‑established social housing provider as they welcome a Multi Skilled Operative into their in‑house repairs team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving occupied and void homes, ensuring residents receive a reliable, high‑quality service.

• Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations
• Completing general maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, wall tiling and guttering
• Working safely in residents' homes, communal areas and void properties
• Using mobile technology to log jobs accurately and efficiently
• Managing your van stock so jobs can be completed first time

• Permanent, full‑time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday)

About you

You'll thrive here if you're practical, reliable, and people‑focused. You'll need:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Basic carpentry
• Plaster patching
• Wall tiling
• Guttering
• Experience working in domestic properties
• A full driving licence
• A flexible, team‑focused approach and commitment to great customer service
• Experience within social housing is helpful but not essential
