Our client is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join their busy and diverse team.About the RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will support the daily distribution operations in our clients high-paced air, ocean, road, perishables, and healthcare freight warehouse. You’ll report directly to the Warehouse Manager and Team Leader, playing a crucial role in ensuring services meet strict regulatory and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipments within a customs bonded, high-security regulated facility
• Prepare and load export shipments (including building ULDs)
• Break down and check in import shipments
• Operate electric counterbalance, diesel counterbalance, and electric reach forklift trucks
• Ensure GDP compliance for temperature-controlled pharmaceutical goods
• Perform daily temperature monitoring, quality checks, and H&S duties
• Adhere to aviation security and Department for Transport regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licenses
• Aviation Security Level CO (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years verifiable work history 
• X-Ray experience desirable (training available)
• Minimum 1+ years experience as a Warehouse Operative
• Minimum 1 year experience on Forklifts
