We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a children's residential home in Sheffield, providing high-quality care and support for children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the home meets all Ofsted regulatory requirements and achieves a minimum “Good” rating.

*

Lead, develop, and support the staff team to deliver person-centred, therapeutic care.

*

Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and placement outcomes.

*

Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.

*

Maintain high professional standards and compliance with legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

*

Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and child protection procedures.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
