Proactive Personnel has an exciting opportunity in the transport and logistics sector for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a well-established company .

The successful candidates will hold a Class 1 (C+E) drivers licence, digital tachograph card and up to date CPC training also being a requirement.

Responsibilities:

-Varied and flexible start times (04:00 - 07:00)

- Nights out 3-4 per week

- Safely operate a variety of trucks (usually curtain-sided)
- Transport goods over long distances
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the truck

Experience:

- 1+ experience as a class 1 (in date CPC & Digi)
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
