CAD Technician / Draughsperson required - South Side, Glasgow

Tec-source require an experienced CAD Tech/Draughstperson for a position based Southside in Glasgow.

This is a wastewater treatment works site.

* Basic CAD knowledge - Competent in using CAD software to produce and edit technical drawings.

* Understanding of electrical circuits - Able to interpret and work with basic electrical schematics and layouts.

* Diagram production - Capable of creating:

* Cable block diagrams

* Straight line diagrams

* Field wiring diagrams

* Working to standards - Must be able to follow Scottish Water's WIEMS specification.

* Documentation and drawing updates - Able to:

* Update or create cable schedules

* Amend existing drawings as required

* Create cable tray design drawings

* Produce cable route drawings

This is a long term role - duration 12 months +

Rates are negotiable.
